Safety
Preparation & Protocol
At Intercoastal Marine, safety is a top priority in all our operations. Every employee is trained in our safety procedures and policies, with ongoing instruction provided for both new hires and experienced team members. Supervisors keep safety at the forefront of each project, conducting regular checkpoint meetings to manage risks and ensure accountability. By emphasizing preparation, vigilance, and proactive risk management, we protect our team, our clients, and the integrity of every project.
Many of our projects take place in or around water, often involving fully submerged operations, which introduce unique challenges. To meet these demands, we ensure all personnel are properly trained, qualified, and equipped with the right gear and support to perform tasks safely and efficiently. From land-based construction to complex marine operations, our focus on safety allows our crews to work confidently in any environment, delivering high-quality results without compromising well-being or project integrity.
